I want an option in client to change all mobs except bosses to wild dogs for people with bad pc's

Hi, does any one have a tutorial how to make an option so mobs turn to wild dogs like an on and off button? Thanks for helping.

Is there a way to make it difficult and time consuming for people to not do it? What are the ways to block people or at least limit them from doing.

Is there a way to stop 100% people from unpacking the client files? If there are please share them or pm me please. Thanks
