HI! I have this error...and I don`t know how to solve it.

In the first image is the itemshop where you can see the icon Bitte melden Sie sich an, um diesen Link zu sehen. and in the second Bitte melden Sie sich an, um diesen Link zu sehen. is the same itemshop where the icon doesn´t appear..and I don´t know why and where is the problem.



Somebody who can help me ?
