I'm Florin from Romania and also administrator of. S.C. HFM S.R.L. (limited company).
I've started this year to invest into a dedicated server for test purposes and to host my own website/game servers.
With 1500 euro investment i've got a dedicated server with 32 GB RAM / 32 CPU Cores / 2x HP 256 GB SSD disk (RAID 1 -> Only 256 GB useful, if a drive fail, no data lost).
Because I use at this time only 3 VPS servers, I've decided to share rest of resources.
Anti-DDoS solution for romanian customers (external connection it's dropped while attacking running but customers from Romania do not feel the attack).
Soon I will buy SolusVM and WHMCS licenses and also a dedicated game server from OVH to become a real reseller.
